Whereas we live in the State of Delaware, prior to going to the dealership, we used their web site to find the RAV4 we were looking for and when we arrived the car was available as advertised and the deal was done. Joel ensured the whole purchase process went smoothly and we ended up driving the car home that day. We love the car and definitely would recommend both Joel and the dealership to future buyers! Joel was exceptionally informative and equally helpful. He did everything he could for us during AND AFTER the sale. In fact, he just picked up the car at our home and took it in for an add-on that we purchased and delivered the car back to our home at the end of the work day. He has consistently returned every phone call and is always very polite. He has taken the needed time to answer all our questions and is tremendously knowledgeable of what he sells. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Conicelli Toyota in the future....this has been our 3rd consecutive purchase from this dealership.
