Joel Mosser

Hello, I’m Joel Mosser. I’m a Bellevue native who is proud to call this community home. I grew up here and have always loved everything about Bellevue—the people, the values, and the strong sense of community. Both of my parents were educators and have been loyal Bellevue residents for more than 55 years, instilling in me the importance of service, integrity, and giving back. I’m a graduate of Bellevue Public Schools and continued my education at Bellevue University after graduation. Being back home and serving the community that helped shape who I am today is truly an honor. I’m proud to work with and for the best community in the world.
