I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

Best in class customer service!! I just took delivery of my second Volvo from Gorges Volvo. I wholeheartedly recommend them. My salesperson, Haley, was thoughtful, patient, and presen I just took delivery of my second Volvo from Gorges Volvo. I wholeheartedly recommend them. My salesperson, Haley, was thoughtful, patient, and present to me every step of the way. I never once felt like the sale mattered more to her than the relationship we were building. The pricing was fair, and more importantly, transparent. Chad went out of his way to accommodate our situation while we waited on our insurance company over a holiday weekend. Joel carefully explained our warranty and financing options so we understood the costs and benefits. The facilities are beautiful, and the service department is the best in Omaha, hands down. I’ve worked with all three service advisors on my previous Volvo, and am looking forward to working with them for the long life of my new SUV. As a female car buyer, I really appreciated working with Haley on my current purchase. I felt a level of comfort dealing with her that made the process - already great with Gorges - just that extra bit better. If you’re considering buying a new or used car, stop by Gorges Volvo.
