I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

Great people I found my day at gorges was a fun, no PRESSURE experience, that I would tell anyone. Working with Mike and Joel in the purchase of my vehicle was qui I found my day at gorges was a fun, no PRESSURE experience, that I would tell anyone. Working with Mike and Joel in the purchase of my vehicle was quite enjoyable for a change!! Also working with Chad in finance was also quite low pressure! I was delightfully surprised by how informative & efficient Cedric was in this experience. I found Cedric to be just what I was looking for in a salesman. And the rest of the experience was spectacular minus that I had to return the next day to get our driver's licenses that the moneyman forgot to give us. I would never have mentioned this, partly because I should have remembered too. However, when I called back that night, they said to come in as early as 730 and they would be at the receptionist's desk. No one was there when I arrived at 745. Gut from service came to help only to find the pompous, not my problem manager come strolling in around 820 pretty much being rude about the whole thing. Which seemed wierd cause I wasn't mad at all, xxxx happens. More

Zero pressure on up sales from Joel after the agreement (which were actually spectacular offers). I was in and out right at 2 hours. Highly recommended dealership. More
