I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

One thing I found out is, one must have patience if looking for an older model. No one wants to give them up! I can now understand why! They are built to last!!! The staff at Gorges will go above and beyond to find you the vehicle you are looking for. Can’t say enough about Mike Percival, Chad Christensen, Dan Birge and Joel Palmquist. FYI I went in having already decided on whom I was going with for a loan and Joel totally stunned me w/ another option w/an even better rate!! Love Love Love my Volvo XC 60 T6!! More

We enjoyed it, it was fun and exciting to learn about new S60, which we ordered and waited several weeks for. We could not be more pleased with this (probably) last new car purchase. It did seem we were offered a large number of warranty extensions and extras of that kind, and we only bought one or two. But we appreciated the no pressure offers. Perhaps some of those could be included automatically, especially the protective coatings etc. to keep car looking good for long term. That might be considered by Volvo or Gorges, but it is certainly in their total discretion. We appreciated the courtesy item of door edge protection. More

Switch summer tires for all season on new S90 From day we ordered our new 2019 S90 T8 in early August till delivery on January 10,2019 Mike Percival and staff kept us appraised of the order, manuf From day we ordered our new 2019 S90 T8 in early August till delivery on January 10,2019 Mike Percival and staff kept us appraised of the order, manufacturing and shipping from China to the US and when it just arrived at the LA port of entry and train ride to Chicago and ultimately arriving via transport truck to Gorges Volvo. Amazing process from start to finish and sitting in such a fine car for the first time. The wait to have this car was well worth it. Anyone who does business with this dealership staff will find the attention to detail and the after sale service A-1. More
