I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

Amazing experience and customer service by Dan Birge! I have been looking for a new Volvo xc60 for a while and thought I would check out Carfax to help me find one. Mr. Birge emailed me right at 8am on Mo I have been looking for a new Volvo xc60 for a while and thought I would check out Carfax to help me find one. Mr. Birge emailed me right at 8am on Monday morning and sent me more pictures of the car and was super helpful. He was extremely patient and not pushing at all which I appreciated since sometimes people can be too pushy! My mom is a cheap accountant so sometimes she's hard to work with since she wants the best deal. Dan was so polite and professional and worked with us to get a deal that we were both happy with. When I got to Omaha to pick up my new car, Dan took us on a test drive and showed me all the cool new things my car could do. He even spent the time to help me connect my phone to bluetooth! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car than I did with Dan at Gorges. I love my car and can't thank him and Joel enough! More

Commitment I wanted a car which had to be custom ordered. It took almost four months to get it here, yet Mike Percival, whom I had previously bought another cust I wanted a car which had to be custom ordered. It took almost four months to get it here, yet Mike Percival, whom I had previously bought another custom order car from, kept me informed as the weeks went by. I appreciated that. Mike is knowledgeable, intelligent and works to achieve a great outcome for both the customer and the dealership. Mike is who I have worked the most with, but the entire team is truly top notch. Love my car! Things went well. Ellen was very nice!!! I felt irritation from the financial guy once he realized I wasn’t going to buy a warranty. I drove 14 hrs t Things went well.
