I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

Excellent Customer Service Buying a new vehicle is always a stressful time, doubting your decisions, ensuring you are making the right choices for your needs and getting the saf Buying a new vehicle is always a stressful time, doubting your decisions, ensuring you are making the right choices for your needs and getting the safest vehicle for your dollar. In fact, it is the one task I loathe and avoid as long as possible but was in need of a new vehicle. I had been to other dealers looking at this type of vehicle and left with a sense of disappointment and doubt. The minute I walked through the Sales door at Gorges, I was greeted by Aaron Flanagan. He was so enthusiastic, answered all my questions honestly and set my mind at ease. On my test drive, he pointed out the features of the vehicle and how they functioned, speaking at my level of understanding and never talking down to me. He was able to relate to me as a person and not just a sale. Aaron even heard a rattle during our test drive and had it fixed before I drove off the lot. Manager Chad Christensen came over and introduced himself asking if I had any questions or concerns and Joel Palmquist was quick with the financial side of things. All three were extremely friendly, not fake and all were down to earth. I love my 'new' vehicle and would HIGHLY recommend Gorges and their staff! More
