Their customer service, NO pushy sells tactics, and empathy for consumers is what always brings me back. The guys in the service department are always willing to do what it takes to make sure the customer knows, their time is valuable. They never leave the customer wondering about things, and are clear and concise when asked questions about services. My most recent Volvo purchase was a new experience all in itself. My previous Volvo was totalled so I was in a difficult situation. Dan Birge (Salesmen) worked with Marcus Gorges on finding a replacement vehicle that was in my budget as well as fit my needs. They looked for my vehicle for a month and were able to find what I WANTED & NEEDED! Heidi Fountain (Sales woman) worked with me while Dan was out. Even though I wasn't a client of hers initally, she never made me feel as though I wasn't a priority. She took her time to educate me on the different options that Volvo now offers purchasers. She even went above and beyond and assisted me with removing my items from one vehicle and putting them in another. This may not seem like much to most, but when you are mentally exhausted from life; its the small things that you appreciate! The entire experience from beginning to end was stellar and deserving of 5 stars. You will not walk away disappointed choosing Gorges. More

I found Gorges on line through Auto Trader and the car I liked was located at Gorges so that is why I went there. I stayed because I found them to be friendly, helpful and not pushy. I was going to "just look" and not buy since it was my first foray into looking for a different car. However, I felt like Gorges was such a comfortable place to be, I liked the car and decided not to look anywhere else. More

If you are entering into a warranty agreement, you are also entering into a service relationship. These are the people that you will work with for the next several years and this client experience is favorable as long as the people are trustworthy and service oriented. The staff at Gorges Volvo embody this from their sales staff, finance team, service department and overall leadership. I did my diligence and searched other dealerships in Omaha and even in other states but in the end, I returned to Gorges Volvo and completed a purchase of my third vehicle with them as I had concluded that no other location was able to satisfy the good deal, the good vehicle and the good personable and trustworthy experience. Car Salesmen Can Be Good People! As the stereotype goes, car salesmen are not known for their character and integrity, but the people at Gorges Volvo do not fit that mold! Charles was As the stereotype goes, car salesmen are not known for their character and integrity, but the people at Gorges Volvo do not fit that mold! Charles was fantastic, very kind, very knowledgeable, never pushy or trying to sell us a car he didn’t think we should buy. He was with us for quite awhile (3 or 4 hours) and led us to the Volvo S60 we eventually purchased. I would highly recommend working with him, and would consider buying another car from him even though we do not live in Nebraska. More
