I had found this Jeep at Gorges Volvo Cars, and I absolutely loved everything about the Jeep and my experience. I was approached in a very friendly, respectful and professional manner. I talked with Heidi about everything I wanted and needed in a vehicle and she assured me that the Jeep was a great fit. Heidi did an incredible job on finding my perfect vehicle. She not only cared about my experience at Gorges, but as a person too. She spent genuine time getting to know my mother and I. I would highly recommend working with Heidi. She’s amazing! After all the details were worked out, we worked with Joel. Joel did a fantastic job on finding me a great interest rate and reliable bank to finance through. Both new and used car buying were great! I have been purchasing Volvos from Gorges since 2000 and have always found them to be wonderful, attentive, and upfront in our transactions. Most rec I have been purchasing Volvos from Gorges since 2000 and have always found them to be wonderful, attentive, and upfront in our transactions. Most recently my salesperson has been Charles Erickson. That guy knows Volvos in and out and then some! When I ask pointed questions he gives me a straight answer so when I needed a good used car for a young driver I looked to Gorges as a place I could trust. I inquired online about a 2011 GMC and heard back in short order. Charles went through the car with me, we reviewed the Carfax, and it was a done deal. Buying used cars can be a dicey proposition but Charles and Gorges put me at ease. My philosophy was if Gorges had it on their lot to sell and didn't send it to auction after the trade-in it must be in good shape! More

Mike Percival treated me like family. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy a car. He was easy going and fun to talk to! He even polished up the headlamps on my current vehicle that I am passing down to my daughter because he felt that they were unsafe with all of the foggy build up on them!! Joel Palmquist in finance was equally as respectful and helpful. The process which I expected to be painful was a breeze and I left feeling happy and upbeat, not exhausted or frustrated.
