Joel was born & raised in Millbrook, AL. Joel also lived in Germany for 3 years as child, while his father was stationed at Geilenkirchen. Joel graduated from Auburn University Montgomery in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Joel started his career with Pigg Enterprises as a salesman, where he excelled at providing exceptional customer experiences for many years. Joel always expressed an interest to learn different areas of the business in an effort to provide a full circle understanding for his customers. When the opportunity presented itself, Joel made a seamless transition into his current position as our Finance Manager. When not at the office, he enjoys watching basketball, exercising, and spending time with his family. Joel currently lives in Millbrook, with his wife Savannah, their son Liam, their dachshund Hazel, & their golden retriever Luka.

Joel & Arsenio answered all of my questions and I was able to complete the purchase within a few hours of my decision. Patrick in the Finance Department is organized and thorough and explained the purchase paperwork in detail. I arrived at 9:20 am and was leaving by 11:15, including test drive and financing done altogether. They were not pushy towards me. They let me drive the vehicle alone so I could check it out as I wished. Arsenio Wilson was very nice, and Joel Raley helped me earlier in the week with running numbers and passing along all my info for me to come on Saturday to see the car. Financing was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is as they were starting to get busy as it was time for me to leave with my new car. They told me they would put gas in it for me, but I am guessing with them being busy, someone dropped the ball on it. By the time I realized it hadn't been done, I had already left and did not want to turn around and go back. Plus, I researched Ford explorers for several months, so I know what asking prices were going for in regards to a 2015 Explorer. I am certain that for the make and mileage of my vehicle, I got a great deal. More

Easy and Fast ! Joel was VERY helpful! He helped me find a vehicle in my budget with out trying to constantly push me higher like other places I’ve went to . Very pro Joel was VERY helpful!
