Everyone in the dealership is incredibly friendly and honest. I felt no pressure to buy a vehicle, I didn't receive endless calls, emails, or texts from anyone at Emich like I have from other dealerships honest. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Emich in the future. I would highly recommend Emich to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. I went to Emich with the plan to purchase a Tahoe, but after explaining what I was looking for in a vehicle, Scott suggested the Traverse. I was very happy with the suggestion and that's what I ended up purchasing and saving ~$20k. It's the first time a dealership has suggested a lower priced vehicle to me. Scott DeSalvo, my sales person, Joel Rangel, the sales manager working during my buying experience, and Andrew Espinoza, in Finance, were all great and would love to work with them in the future. They worked with us and made the process as seamless as possible. I do feel like I could have gotten more for my trade in. The entire staff was so kind to us especially having our kids with us! They were even kind enough to buy us all dinner since we were there so long and so late. Everyone we worked with was great and I left with the car I wanted with monthly payments close to what we were hoping for. We will be back again! More
