Once we went down the sales path they did everything within their power to make the payments work and get the price to where I needed it to be. The team had great communication, so everyone knew what I was looking for and I didn't have to explain myself to each person. Very seamless process. I did have the car serviced for an exterior clean already and that experience was great too. Dedicated and customer service oriented staff My wife and I wanted to purchase a SUV for our growing family. He presented some options knowing what we were looking for and we went in for a look on a Friday night at 6:30 pm. We spent a lot of time looking at the cars and discussing all options with Matt Leramy. Finally, we made a decision on a GMC Yukon XL at or around 9 pm. The dealership had technically closed at 8 pm but the manager, Matt (salesperson) and Joel (finance team) remained with us until 11:30 pm. They never made us feel rushed. They treated us with respect and honesty. More

The finance manager Joel Rangel was great. I walked out several hours with a brand new Malibu and cannot believe how amazing the experience was. Ellison was so very attentive to me and my needs. He worked really hard to make sure the terms were right and spent a lot of time making sure I understood all of the cool new features of my car. I first of all highly recommend Ellison and Emich. I will always be so appreciative of how they treated me. From making sure I had a cold bottle of water to taking me through the dealership. Outstanding experience.
