I in My overall experience at Emich was fantastic! I was looking on cars.com for a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee, and found a 2016 Laredo online. I inquired about the availability of the jeep, and Jarom "Jay" Walker emailed me about the availability and pricing on the jeep. I went and met Jay at the dealership for a test drive on a Saturday morning. I really liked the car, but I had a few other dealerships I wanted to check out before making my decision. I told Jay I would probably be back before the day was over to negotiate a price. Jay held on to the jeep keys for me until I got back so no one else could buy the jeep. I bought the jeep that day, but could not take it home until my credit union sent the check for the jeep. Jay was professional and kept me informed of the status on the jeep and payment. Once they received the check and I was able to pick up my jeep, he had it detailed and cleaned for me so it was sparkling new! He also helped me set up my Bluetooth in my jeep, and he helped me put my blind spot mirrors on the jeep. Jay was a great guy to work with! He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. I went in knowing what I wanted, and he helped me get that. The process was smooth and not stressful. Thanks again Jay!! More
