I played multiple sports, but basketball was my favorite. Throughout the years, I earned many trophies for the game and had the opportunity to travel to many places. I was supposed to receive a free oil change. I came in with my “Service Due Soon” light on, under 24k miles, & a 2024 HRV. My advisor charged me for my oil change. No supervisors are returning I came in with my “Service Due Soon” light on, under 24k miles, & a 2024 HRV. My advisor charged me for my oil change. No supervisors are returning my calls & my service advisor, Joel, lied like my oil life was at 20%. I’ve had a Honda since 2019; I know that “Service Due Soon” means 15% oil life. Joel refuses to return my calls & is avoiding me! More
