Pat and Mary were great help in finding just the right car to fill my needs. The service department took great care of my other car I brought in for service. Again, excellent work at a fair price. And remember, if they don't have it, they will do that best to find it! More

Problem fixed and I am happy with the results. Took my Nitro in for my air conditioning to be fixed. My extended warranty covered most of it but there were a few parts not covered. Since I am on a fixed income Joel worked with me to get my cost down as much as possible. I really appreciated that. Took my vehicle home and the air conditioner was not working. Called the service department and was told to bring it right back in. After being inspected again a leak was found and was fixed. Joel apologized for the inconvenience of me having to come back. I wasn't upset because things do happen. Just glad the problem was fixed and it is working great now. More

The price was very fair and we didn't have to worry about built in extra fees - it was very simple. And since we are Bellco members the process was quick and our interest rate was stellar! Great service again for the umpteenth time. I have been with Automotive Avenues since my second car in 1990 something. The sales staff is great--they are still looking for my next car (a 2007 F I have been with Automotive Avenues since my second car in 1990 something.
