I almost never leave reviews, but I feel this place deserves an honest review. I absolutely loved my salesman and the financial officers. The system went down when we bought the car so we were able to deserves an honest review. I absolutely loved my salesman and the financial officers. The system went down when we bought the car so we were able to have a long weekend test drive with our car until the next full business day when it was up and running. They checked in on us even months after we’d had the car. I called the parts department on two separate occasions to request information on having a windshield and for having a certain size tire. I suppose I was a stupid question to ask if they had these things, since they didn’t answer on the first, or even second call either time! And when they did answer man, did I wish I had not called because I got close to zero help other than being redirected and the call still not being picked up. When I did get through to someone on both occasions, they didn’t sound very happy to be answering my questions. I was in a panic to get things fixed, and thought going straight to the dealer was a fix all, but I was wrong. My issue now lies with maintenance. I scheduled appointments 1-2 weeks in advance. My first scheduled maintenance was quick and easy, the 6000 mile recommendation. Which I think only consisted of an oil change. My state inspection almost a year later was also EXTREMELY QUICK. The tech that received my car did not seem to be having a great day either time I came in. Both times he said someone would be right with me, walked around for a minute or so. Seemed to look for other people, and then came to check my car in. I was getting ready to go in a long road trip so I wanted to make sure my car was in tip top shape. But two days after the state inspection I have a check engine light, unattached insulation, and sensor errors. At this point I was 6 hours into a 12 hour drive when all of these issues were discovered. I had my battery checked and cleaned my sensors in hopes of fixing the problem, but I had no luck and now have to push back my plans to take it in to the nearest dealer. I wouldn’t say it was the best customer experience I’d ever had, but it wasn’t the worst. More
