Take long time 4 weeks, and no backup car arrangement. We understand it will take long time to get parts which is beyond your control, but you should provide us the car to drive. We were told there were only 5 cars can be used as backup car for customer. If you can not provide backup car to customer I think you should rent car to customer. I used my Dad car for 1 month and paid him $900. I wish we can be reimbursed. Thanks! More

My compliment is that the Joel and the team is great. Very professional, prompt, understanding. The ability to use a loaner car for the duration of the repair was amazing. The only downside was getting a quote for $11,000 worth of repairs for an old infinity. But $1,500 and a partial fix got me back on the road. Thanks Infinity team. More
