In April my granddaughter fell in need of a vehicle. We went to Toyota Corwin in search of one and happened to meet with Justice. Justice is the sales manager is Corwin and was able to point us in the r We went to Toyota Corwin in search of one and happened to meet with Justice. Justice is the sales manager is Corwin and was able to point us in the right direction. We gave Justice certain parameters to meet with and boy did he meet them. Justice handed us over to Malachi who is also nothing short of awesome. Malachi took over finding the right vehicle and then took us out on a test drive. Malachi was very personable, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any and all questions we had. Malachi and Justice were able to pull together and get us a signed deal on a vehicle. In the finance department we signed all forms with the best finance manager, Joelle! Joelle was also very knowledgeable and assuring when it came to anything extra my granddaughter would need in her vehicle. Worst buying experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. You can't trust her, she will try and get you to buy extended warranties on the vehicle and windshield. Most auto policies already have t dealership. You can't trust her, she will try and get you to buy extended warranties on the vehicle and windshield. Most auto policies already have the windshield protection... so don't fall for it. I could never get her to call back back to go over figures so the Sales Manager called the day of delivery wanting to make sure everything was okay, nope! Extra taxes had been added when we had already discussed the price out the door which would includ everything. He made that adjustment and then the flip side only gave me 1 key fob, so now I'll have to purchase another one....kinda a crappy thing on the part of the dealership to do. More
