When I began looking for a Tundra, the website said that it was at the dealership. I arrived to look at the truck, but it was actually still in transit. I was told that the vehicle would be at the dealershi it was at the dealership. I arrived to look at the truck, but it was actually still in transit. I was told that the vehicle would be at the dealership between May 29th and June 2nd. Towards the end of that time frame, I called the dealership asking for an update. The sales rep then informed me that the window had moved from the aforementioned timeline, to June 2nd to the 8th. I wouldn’t have known that unless I called. Fast forward a few days, and still no update. So I called again. Only to find out that multiple vehicles had been delivered, save mine. I reached out to the initial sales rep, who said he would get back to when he was on shift next, but again, I had to reach out first. I have attempted to reach out to one of the managers several times. Both over email and phone, no response. Still waiting on my vehicle, and let down by the utter lack of communication from the dealership. They were real fast to take my check, but delivering what was promised is a different issue. More

This dealership really struggles with communication and telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order for a vehicle was lost. Then once I settled for a different vehicle, it took them 9 weeks to get my information to the DMV. I had to go in person several times to try to clear things up. It makes me sad to leave a less than stellar review, because I usually like spreading positivity. I am just frustrated at how this entire process went, and I barely got a half-hearted "sorry" out of all of it. More

Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine bel cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine belts that were so worn they were jumping off the pulleys. Your title clerk is incompetent she had to fix the title work 3 times.
