I will begin by saying that I always went to Carolina VW for service because of the service staff and technicians. When they left and went to Volkswagen of South Charlotte, I decided to move as well. These are excellent people that will work hard to ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided. I have dealt with Joerg in the past and he is great. Working with John was great as well. The technician, Josh Hines, does all of the work on my car and I will not let another person work on it. Service took the time to research and repair problems that only appeared intermittently. They were also able to repair a part with a factory defect that other dealerships only gave me the run-around abou that only appeared intermittently. I used VWSouth for buying VWs and servicing them when I lived in Charlotte (I now live in Raleigh). The Raleigh VW dealership said my maintenance service would take an entire day, which I knew -- after 5 V lived in Charlotte (I now live in Raleigh). The Raleigh VW dealership said my maintenance service would take an entire day, which I knew -- after 5 VWs -- was wrong. Joerg was great to deal with from our first phone conversation, to the day of the appointment. I scheduled a drop-off for first thing in the morning, and Guenther gave me a ride to the train station so I could work in our uptown office. Joerg called me before lunch (what's that about a whole day, Raleigh?!) with an update. He helped me with additional info on tires before I left. No worries, I'll be back. VWSouth is almost worth me moving BACK to Charlotte! More

Yoerg Kuehni was wonderful to work with. I first called with questions about our RV we were buying. It has a VW engine in it and he was so helpful even without me being a customer. I am happy that they service my type of RV and I will definitely use them all the time. I was even pleasantly surprised at the bagels and snacks they had in the waiting area as I had not had time for breakfast that morning. Great service and a great place to visit. Yoerg was an important part of making my service a good experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a VW or has one to service. More

It says right on the CPO brochure that it will not pass a Certified Pre-Own We purchased a 2009 CC with a CPO warranty. They didn't have the 2nd key. It says right on the CPO brochure that it will not pass a Certified Pre-Owned test without the 2nd key. We waited 2 months for the 2nd key. It took several emails and phone calls to finally get the key. You can deduce from that what you like. We were promised a proper detailing of the car, since it was late when we took delivery and it had over-spray all over the gauges and the windows looked bad. An appointment was made for Saturday at 9:30 AM. This was to pick up the 2nd key and have the car detailed. We waited until 12:30 for delivery of the car.Joerg was kind enough to give us an update after 2 plus hours of waiting. The car had the same issues as before. Overspray on the gauges and the back window severely smeared. I'm disappointed in the level of service. If this is their benchmark for customer satisfaction, I will not be doing business with them in the future. More
