The purchasing experience was great. The Service department sucks terrible...and should be examined and new management considered. Brought car in for 1st oil change and to find out why engine light department sucks terrible...and should be examined and new management considered. Brought car in for 1st oil change and to find out why engine light was only. Got the oil change and tires rotated. Was told to take to BMW for service light. Needed $3000 worth of work and 3 new tires. 2 tires need to be drilled out as the screws where out in wrong which coat $250 each. Then I was told will need breaks within a month or 2 tops which means another $2000 in the first six months.... Eric Muhammad More

Chris Silakowski did all of my paperwork and helped get an amazing rate. One of the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. The sales manager Mike really took care of me when I brought up a concern I had with my new purchase. He worked with service to help get it corrected right away. Mike in service was amazing.
