He explained everything after the completion of service. Thank you. CON's: I originally turned my trade-in car for service with Josh Cathcart. Once he took my car, he never returned to tell me what he did or the status of the repairs. I had to receive my car back from the sales rep. This was poor customer service. I called in on a Sunday not knowing that you were closed. Your recording only stated that you were Not Open and to call back during regular business hours. It was never stated what "Regular Business Hours" are. Can you change that on your recording. It would save customers time in guessing your hours. Overall, the purchase experience was easy and smooth. No hassle. Thank you. More
