Mr. Joey Broussard was a true professional sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful with my needs. He did a thorough search for what I want and found it in no time. Whil He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful with my needs. He did a thorough search for what I want and found it in no time. While doing his search, he was talking to me about the different cars he was looking at. Within half hour we found the right car for me, had an agreement, and signed a contract. I believe he is great asset to win customers for this dealership. What a difference between a bright successful salesperson and a failing one. Around two weeks before September 24, I came to this dealership and met a salesperson called Adam. Throughout my life, I bought many cars and dealt with many sales people. However, never had a person as cold, rude, unfriendly, and unresponsive as this Adam! At his office, I told him what I want. He did his search, found a car that match my needs then read the price as shown on the screen and before I say anything, he cut me off and immediately said “Not a penny less!” Instead for offering me other alternatives as a successful salesperson should be, he stood up to shake my hand and said goodbye. The whole session took around five minutes. Stunned and without saying anything I left the office with the notion that not only I should never step back in this dealership but also let all the people I know about my experience. What a way to negotiate, instead of winning customers to this dealership he pushes them away. Not until I received a call from Mr. Broussard to set an appointment and meet with him. It is a 180 degrees difference between Mr. Broussard and this Adam person, a successful one versus a failure! One who cares about winning customers and another who does NOT care. More
