They always give me a hard time.

Honestly, for an appointment made to get an oil change
and tire rotation, I felt almost three hours was excessive. My car was taken right away, but it was not explained to me that I would have to wait tha

Joey was courteous upon check in but after that, he never kept me informed unless I asked. I was finally sent a video 2 hours after my car was last seen, showing me the air filter was dirty. Approximately 20 mins later Joey came to find me and asked if I wanted to pay $90 for the air filter replacement. I approved it. (I think it's a ridiculous amount considering the labor and materials, but next time I will ask to see the real filter vs a video). Also, Joey did not tell the tech to adjust the tire pressure after rotating the tires as I requested. Needless to say, there is room for improvement and a recommendation would be an express lane for oil and tire rotations.
The waiting area is comfortable and the amenities are great.
