We came in and purchased a truck. Spent 2 1/2 hours there and then told was approved signed documents and went about our way. A few weeks go by and we are told that capital needs docu Spent 2 1/2 hours there and then told was approved signed documents and went about our way. A few weeks go by and we are told that capital needs documents. After giving documents they told us everything was fine again. Capital then pulled my credit again which I was not told was going to happen and then a few days went by and we were told we needed more documents again. We returned the truck. However why would you go about a tactic way to see if we can eventually get approved if we are not approved. I work for a bank I know how the lending works. You know if we would be approved or not that same day. Instead you made us believe and signed all docs twice ran my credit twice that dinged me big time all for us to return the truck. That's very poor on the finance part. We were also told it was not there fault that it was ours. Chris however whom originally helped was great. The finance people are not. More
