This Jeep need to be brought from another dealership in SD. I was told 3 days it would be here, but it actually took 10 days to get the transfer completed from the time I signed for the deal until it arrived in Fargo. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a large chip in the window which was immediately brought to the attention of a manager and he said I would be contacted in the next 24 hours to get this resolved. on the 18th of September I still had not heard anything from any managers, so I went back and spoke with Tim Russell(Manager) and he had me into the Collision Center by Monday the 22nd to have the windshield replaced and I am very appreciative of that. My Salesman Joey Eggert and Manager Time Russell have gone above and beyond to make this experience at Corwin great!
