Easy and straight forward dealings I had done my research before going into Braintree Toyota and told the sales rep, Joey Foy, right upfront what I wanted and at what price. Within minutes I was given their best offer...which I was only able to improve on by a few dollars, but that was enough as they beat 6 other dealerships I had spoken to and visited. Joey was super helpful and had answers and paperwork from sales manager Bob Keough, that were clear and much to my shock, given to me to take home and review. After a quick handshake and deposit on my credit card, they introduced me to Don Richmond from finance who handled all the paperwork and had me the official owner of a new 2017 Tacoma. Everyone was great, but Joey was far and away the nicest, most honest sales person I've ever dealt with at a car dealership.....truth be told, I didn't think guys like him existed in that industry!! -A happy new Toyota customer More

From the beginning, starting with the emails reminding me that my lease would be up soon to driving away in my new car, everything went SO smoothly. My salesman, Benson, was amazing!! He was a breath of fresh air. He walked me through all of the features in my car and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman, plus he is adorable! I dealt with Arthur, Kevin, Joey and Eric as well and all of them were fabulous and very helpful.
