When it was time to return my 2011 I went back to look at the 2015 Rav 4's. A friend of mine recommended I speak with Joey Foy as they had just leased a car through him. I went in and asked for Joey and he showed me all the different models for the 2015 Rav 4. I was also interested in test driving the Highlander. After the test drive we sat down and he went over all my options for returning the lease that I had no idea I could do . I decided to lease another Rav 4 as I was extremely happy with my 2011. He then had me sit with Ian Merrill and we went over all the options for leasing. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend each of these young men if you are interested in buying or leasing a Toyota. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. Love my Rav 4. Thanks guys!!!!! P.S Joey spent at least an hour and a half going over all the features of my new Rav 4 . More

Not your regular dealership While shopping for a used car I had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan Fehringer and Joey Foy. They provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful in making a decision in the right choice in a vehicle (a car that was safe enough for teenage drivers). I did not feel pressured at all, and I did not feel like they were pushing one particular automobile. In addition to dealing primarily with Jordan, I also had a pleasurable encounter with the sales manager/rep Kevin Chicoin. He was very professional and personable. I did not feel like the dealership wasted time with "I am going back to talk to my sales manager" or such games. I had a straight forward experience. I think I got a good deal on the vehicle, and felt comfortable that the car was well serviced before it left the lot. In addition I met with Brian McGrath who helped me understand the numbers and what I was paying for. All in all I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, and the gentlemen (and I mean gentlemen, not typical car sales reps) I dealt with. I had gone to the dealer ship once before when looking to purchasing a new car, and at that time again I did not feel pressured. I did not choose a Toyota at that time, but felt so positive about the experience I went back. The Tufankjian family should be very pleased in having these guys on their staff! More

Great experience I work in a job that requires lots of time in a car (preferably a reliable one). However, because of some personal and financial challenges as well as HATING the thought of having to deal with buying a new car, I was stuck driving in a car that had over 170K mileage and was becoming less reliable every day. A guy that I play hockey with that I knew sold cars (Bob) was telling me about the dealership he works for and how much he loved working there. I told him a little about my situation and he told me to swing by, and he would do everything that he could to help me get into a reliable vehicle. We started with a visit to the dealership. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. From there I was introduced to Joey, a down to earth "real guy". He was professional, laid back and allowed me to decide what I wanted to look at for cars and really educated me on the different cars in my price range. I test drove a few and decided on a Camry SE. For the first time in my life (I'm in my mid 40's), I honestly never felt pressured into buying a car. They went to work to see what they could get me into both car wise and financing. I left and we talked later in the week. The next week I went back in, picked the car that I loved, and had the opportunity to sit down with Walace the Finance Mgr., another professional. He was able to get me financing far better than anything I had seen in the last 2 years (by a lot). I agreed, to the terms, put down a small deposit and was once again able to leave to figure out the rest of my financial situation without feeling any pressure to buy the car NOW. I was able to get money together for my down payment, called and the next day went and picked up my car. I love the car, loved the whole experience (NEVER thought I would say that) and will be telling all of my friends about it. I highly recommend this dealership and it's team. More
