Mr. Johnson, I do not know if you saw my email response to the survey I received from Luther Brookdale but I will repeat it. We found a 2023 Suburban at your dealership that fit our needs and worked with Joe Olsen to make the purchase. We attempted to purchase with cash but was told that is not possible, which was surprising as we offered to wire the funds. Apparently we can purchase a house very easily with wired funds but not a vehicle. Then we were told that we could use a credit card which was not a problem with our corporate American Express card. After chartering a plane to fly to the cities and landing at the Crystal airport, Joe picked use up. The entire sales experience was great, professional and quick. And then we waited over an hour to get to the financing. We were informed that it would be financed through GM Financial, which does not matter as we will pay it in full with the first payment. At this point we needed to be done as it is a 3 1/2 hour drive to Northwest Iowa. Got through the paperwork and left the dealership. Mr. Johnson, our time is very important to us and we were forced to work on Luther's schedule, which we wanted to avoid. We own a 2023 Silverado High Country and 8 other vehicles with our business. I am familiar with vehicle purchases as I have lost track of how many we have purchased over the years. They are usually delivered and 5 minutes later we are done. On another note, the Dickinson County Iowa Treasurers office has not received any of the necessary paperwork.
