You’re doing a great job with trying to make everyone happy and comfortable with leaving their cars in Mazda hands. Lou one of the technicians is amazing I found out this guy been with the company over 10 years and he’s my go to guy to trust my car with. Not knocking the other workers but Lou is always my request because he takes care of my car and not just trying to get a pay check! Lou keep up the great work this was definitely your calling of work! Also, want to share the guy Josh I believe in the loaner department has great sense of humor definitely enlightened my mood while I waited to get into another car. Go to Joey first and if he’s not available asked for another day he’s the best there since Jay left. This Mazda dealership has a comfortable environment which helps with my having to wait two hours for my car. The advisors are nice, very personable and don't mind answering questions and providing explanati helps with my having to wait two hours for my car.
