I had a small issue with the center console a few days after picking up the Tiguan and Capo VW handled the situation in a timely and well communicated manner. He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in.
