After just 35,000 miles, my Fusion required new tires despite the normal wear on them. It was confirmed during my state inspection that the tires were not good for the upcoming winter. So Joey took the time to find a good alternate tire (since the first replacement did not work out - due to manufacturer quality). After much research, I was offered UniRoyal with a great tread warranty. I really appreciated the work Joey did to find a new tire for a car that commutes over 60 miles a day, 5 days a week. Plus the request was just days before Christmas and the service department worked hard to get the tires in as well as on the car before I had to travel. For that, I am even more greatful. I would recommend Joey and Koons' Service Department to everyone I know, especially Ford drivers. I always have a pleasant experience and they take the time to remember me. More
