Drove to St Cloud Subaru, after talking to a few other Subaru Dealers in the Twin Cities about purchasing a new Forester. Met with Salesman Hector Espinoza and told him I was thinking about buying a Forester, since my wife has a 2019 and loves it. While in the dealership, I noticed a new Forester, as well as a new Outback. Hector said I should test drive each of them to see which fit my liking the best. After the test drives, I decided on the new designed Outback and am super happy with it. Hector did a great job in making it a truly enjoyable experience in purchasing my new car and I felt a very fair price for my trade-in. I would definitely recommend St Cloud Subaru and Hector if you want to be treated better than most of the dealerships out there and get a fantastic deal in the package. Pat S -- Roseville, MN More

Sold with Bad Ball Bearing I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The car came with a bad ball bearing and cupped wheels. When I contacted St. Cloud Subaru about it they shifted the blame on me saying the shipping of the car was to blame. In other words, they were saying that driving a car in and out of a trailer damaged the ball bearing (which is specifically designed to take tremendous shock and last 100k miles). Thank goodness the car was certified preown and Subaru of America took care of the problem for me, but I was very disappointed in St. Cloud's unwillingness to take responsibility for a car that left their lot damaged.
