Hello! I wish you had a more positive experience with your recent purchase. The wheel bearing is a common warranty repair for the 2015 Subaru Legacy warranty to cover. We have replaced quite a few even on new cars due to the transporter damaging them. The 2015 Subaru Legacy that you purchased was inspected by a Subaru Master Technician and was in perfect condition before it was loaded on the trailer. The damage had to have been caused by excessive tightening of the tie-down straps that secured the car in place. We ship many vehicles nationwide; customers from thousands of miles away purchase vehicles from us because of our incredible prices and great customer service, therefore we have many positive reviews. Due to this unfortunate circumstance, we are rethinking our policy of allowing a used vehicle to be purchased and transported cross country without a customer test driving and validating the condition. Simply because it is impossible for you, the customer to validate the condition of the vehicle before it is shipped. We again apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
