However, once I was able to get in touch with someone from the dealership it was a very easy process. I picked out the vehicle I wanted online, got a quote from TrueCar, and then came into the dealership to finalize the details. Internal communications between sales management and sales staff could have been better as there were a couple miscommunications that almost resulted in the deal not happening, but thankfully I had copies of everything discussed and it was a simple process. I was in and out of the dealership to sign paperwork in about an hour, which was great due to the coronavirus pandemic and I didn't want to spend any additional time in the dealership that I didn't need to.
