The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

I really appreciated his knowledge of all the technical aspects of the car I was interested in. He was very patient and took all the time I needed to get a feel for the car I wanted. Good experience overall We walked in to inquire about used Honda Odyssey cars. We met Cynthia and we were directed to Mr. Johann. We briefly discussed with Johann. Later, we We walked in to inquire about used Honda Odyssey cars. We met Cynthia and we were directed to Mr. Johann. We briefly discussed with Johann. Later, we went back to buy a new odyssey EX-L with RES/NAVI. Mr.Johann patiently answered all our questions, provided with necessary details. Mr. Juan then came in with numbers.
