Customer service at its best I’ve been to other dealerships and this one is by far the best I’ve been too. From the moment I walked in the door the welcome feeling I had put my fi I’ve been to other dealerships and this one is by far the best I’ve been too. From the moment I walked in the door the welcome feeling I had put my first time car buying anxiety at ease. I was greeted by the sales manager Caleb and introduced personally to a salesman which made me feel valued. I was more than just a number. I’ve been to other dealerships where I felt like i was being taken advantage of and trying to be sold something other than what i wanted or asked for. At Honda autopark they genuinely were looking out for my best interest and got me the best deal possible in the car I wanted. My salesman was Malik and he was quite amazing and walked me through everything taking extra time to explain everything with all my questions. In finance, Johanna was just as warm and welcoming explaining everything to me in detail. At the end before I left, I was thanked by Don a senior sales representative for my business with Honda auto park. I will forever come back here for my car purchases and have already referred friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work! It’s every much appreciated. More
