He took his time to find out exactly what type of car would fit our needs. He showed us several different autos in detail and then we decided on the 2018 HRV. After him showing us the details of the HRV we knew that was the one we needed. He found the color we requested with no problem and then took his time showing us exactly how everything inside and out of the HRV worked. He was very thorough in getting our paperwork and HRV readied in a very timely manner. His personality was one of the best that we have ever experienced in a car sales representative. The dealership on a whole was very clean, inviting and friendly. We also had the pleasure to work with Johanna Que for our financing. She has such a warm personality and made us feel very confident in our financial choices, that she described in detail.
