We were trading two cars in for a new Honda Pilot and when we arrived, everything had been worked out to where we essentially just needed to decide on the model and color we were going with. Shawn was the sales rep assigned to us and he was ready with keys to the cars he was going to show us and we were immediately able to start looking. The buying process went extremely well and Johanna was great to work with for financing. It truly was a "no hassle, no gimmicks" experience. More

Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and responses were quick when I communicated with Don through text. He made the buying process feel like a great conversation, not a chore, and had everything prepared for our appointment (and going above and beyond such as putting the car in the breezeway on a rainy day). The only minor concern I had is that the sale process took about 2.5 hours, a little longer than I expected. However, I would recommend this dealer, and Don especially, for your next car buying opportunity. More
