The initial reception was warm as one would expect, Laura from the internet division was great. Once I got to the point of coming in person I met Don who was also a pleasure to work with. Now about that missing star, all was well up to the point I declined any additional warranty while working with Johanna... Her demeanor flipped so fast even Simone Biles would've been impressed, seriously she went from sweet to sour in an instant, but that didn't lose the star. The 5th star was lost when she referred to myself and girlfriend as ba***rds as she left the room; if the service elsewhere at the dealership hadn't been great I would've not come back to sign the check she overlooked in her moments of rage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my business was earned. The 2017 Civic Hatchback Ex is a great car, but there are some little things you'll miss if coming from an Accord such as a lockable glovebox and the missing lights on doors that illuminate the ground when open. Tip, make sure you get an itemized list of the accessories or you may run into issues with loans at SECU, mine worked out in the end as planned. More

R E S P E C T - Enjoyable, Easy, Stress-Free Experience Prior to Autopark I went to four dealerships and dealt with eight over the phone. Entering Autopark my attitude, to say the least was not the best fo Prior to Autopark I went to four dealerships and dealt with eight over the phone. Entering Autopark my attitude, to say the least was not the best for the car dealership business. I entered the building on my toes and ready to defend. I was introduced to Don Rigsbee and began one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I felt no pressure to buy but only a genuine interest in my needs for a new car. He was able to focus on the right car and the right features. He covered gaps left by other dealerships during previous test drives. He never pestered or asked for a credit check prior to our conversation being settled on the car. We talked and drove the car until all my needs were met on my own time. I felt I could have walked away without buying a car and no judgement would have been passed on my visit. Absolutely no pressure. Once settled on the vehicle he assisted in getting the price to my needs and listened to my research on pricing. I felt zero posturing or pricing coverups during the conversation. It is never an easy conversation to have when talking about price but it was a discussion and not a haggle/fight. Next step was with the Business Manager which continued a very very good experience. She was welcoming and informative. She had the documents organized and explained the forms well. Process was easy and went smoothly because she was organized. I appreciate the southern hospitality and felt like I gained a new family. I appreciate the respect given and will come back to purchase my next Honda from Don and Johanna. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable! I love the car even more because I have a good memory to look back on every time I get in it! More

Even though Honda did not have my color choice available or AWD truck on the lot, he and the purchase manager worked diligently to find it. Unfortunately, no truck could be found! A change in vehicle type was in order. Mike diligently looked for the new preferences, keeping in touch at least weekly. When it came time to deal, they matched the bank's APR and I drove off with a shiny new car. Everyone there is polite and responsive to your requests. Great experience for car shopping. More

He was incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars inside and out. Today I drove off in my accord that I am 110% satisfied with and that wouldn't have been done without the customer centered focus of this dealership. Johanna assisted us with all of the vital financial aspects of the cars warranty ensuring that we were making the right choice for the longevity of the vehicle.
