Warranty work done on my explorer I had a knocking noise and they thought it was one thing but it wasn’t that, and they worked hard to find the real issue and repaired it. Everyone was very helpful! I felt like I was being rushed away by johany when they couldn't find the problem with my door. when my truck door wouldn't open at all Toni made sur I felt like I was being rushed away by johany when they couldn't find the problem with my door. when my truck door wouldn't open at all Toni made sure that the inner door handle was replaced. Thats what i told johany I was having problems with. If it wasn't for Toni I would have had to come back a fourth time. My door has been working fine ever since. More
