During my recent car-buying experience, I had the displeasure of encountering an individual who did not live up to the professional standards one would expect from a car salesman. Unfortunately, my e displeasure of encountering an individual who did not live up to the professional standards one would expect from a car salesman. Unfortunately, my encounter with this salesperson, john, left a lasting negative impression that I feel compelled to share. From the moment my non-speaking english mother and I stepped into the dealership, it was apparent that the salesman's demeanor was abrasive and off-putting. Rather than fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, he adopted a condescending and belittling approach. Throughout the negotiation process, his abrasive behavior persisted. He constantly interrupted us, cutting our sentences off before we could fully express our concerns. It became evident that he was more focused on imposing his opinions rather than understanding and addressing our needs as a customer. At one point, I had to politely request that he calm down and refrain from using his abrasive approach when speaking to my family and our request for information of financing options. After I addressed him, with the same vocal tone he was projecting, we noticed a shift in attitude, but unfortunately his actions already had negative implications. Purchasing a car is a significant investment, and it should be an enjoyable and exciting experience regardless if a salesman has been in the career field for 20+ years or a day. Unfortunately, my encounter with this salesperson left a sour taste in my mouth and cast a shadow over what should have been a memorable milestone. As consumers, we should be treated with dignity, patience, and professionalism during the car-buying process, and should not have to bring up an issue like this before receiving the proper customer service, especially if our actions did not warrant any negative behavior. I understand people have bad days, but on this day and our interaction, john fell short of meeting those expectations. More

Gunn Nissan is trash and is a absolute nightmare to work with don't trust them or there mangers at all worst ppl I have ever spoken too and there lack of care for ur life or personal life is zero to none wa with don't trust them or there mangers at all worst ppl I have ever spoken too and there lack of care for ur life or personal life is zero to none was promised my car would be returned in a timely manner and it was not very disappointing actually missed saying good bye to my cousin as he passed away later the day my car was to be returned to me very upset and disappointed!!!! More
