Whenever I take my car in, it's usually fixed by the time I walk home (I just live down the street). Recently, they went beyond expectation when I bought a used car from them for my teenage son. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced two weeks after purchase, and even though it was not under warranty, the GM Derrick Alvis, called me and had the work done at no extra charge. I am a loyal customer and some places that still matters--especially at Gunn. Can't say enough good things about them!! Thank you!! More
