Did not honor AAA car buying program price. I was expecting a pretty simple car purchasing experience as I had received a reasonable offer from Gunn via the AAA/Truecar. Once at the dealership, I was expecting a pretty simple car purchasing experience as I had received a reasonable offer from Gunn via the AAA/Truecar. Once at the dealership, I find out that they would not honor the price I thought I would be paying. Even though I ended up buying the car, I was disappointed at the process. I became pretty frustrated and stressed and was ready to buy the car and leave. I was told the Gunn simple price was better than the offer I had received, which was not true. The next day after reviewing all of the paperwork, sure enough, I could have save over $600 had they honored the offer Gunn had emailed me. More
