(showroom was empty, literally not a soul in sight) Not a good look. Should customers put money in escrow beforehand so you know we mean business? Is there a secret handshake? Is there a certain dress attire? I wasn’t looking to joy ride. I wasn’t taking the attention away from a potential sale. I was simply browsing and was told to pretty much leave. Sad. John was knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was able to guide me to the best vehicle that suits me and a John / Armando are excellent salesmen. They was no pressure to purchase and we were treated with respect and dignity.
