Unfortunately, we don’t have enough New Vehicle supply to provide loaners to all our customers and have supplemented our loaner fleet with around $2,000,000 in Pre-owned JLR vehicles. Without booking an appointment in advance, we simply can’t guarantee a loaner. I understand that this has caused some disappointment and for that, I extend my sincerest apologies. It's distressing to hear that we fell short of communicating that in your case. Please rest assured that your feedback has been noted and will be addressed directly with our service team.
