Had a bad experience at another dealer and John took me in and found what I needed quickly went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with everything! I wish more people would go visit Grogan before they go any place else some of these big huge dealers don't give you the personal service that Grogan's does! I flew in from S and specifically Salesman John B! From the initial phone call John Baertschi was courteous and went above and beyond expectations. I flew in from St Louis and John sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. This saved me from having to Uber there. From start to finish it was seamless. John treated me like a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Grogan’s and tell them to see John B! I’ve been raving to my coworkers about this experience. Top notch! More
