I welcomed the opportunity to walk into a car dealer and and be totally comfortable with the sales and overall staff. I have purchase vehicles over the last 64 years and by far this was the best experience and be totally comfortable with the sales and overall staff. I have purchase vehicles over the last 64 years and by far this was the best experience I had. I will do something that I never done before. I found after the fact that John willfully lies to customers and gladly stalls when a customer is owed a refund because the figure for the trade in payoff was much higher than the actual payoff. John stopped texting responses to my questions because he knew the answers in several texts contradicted each other. More

What an incredible experience my wife and I had today at Five Star Ford! The dealership was so nice and clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing.
