The only part of the transaction that I didn’t like was when their finance dept. called and tried to sell me the $2800 additional warranty on top of the Ford Gold Certification. When I told him no, he asked “Why not?” Overall, it was a good experience, and they are holding my truck until I can pick it up in a month. More

I was having a vehicle repaired and learned that it needed a significant repair so a new car was in play. It took several calls to the main line but the last call a lady said I will find you a sales pe needed a significant repair so a new car was in play. It took several calls to the main line but the last call a lady said I will find you a sales person, and Landon called me right away. I explained my situation and he immediately started to look for a Ford edge with low mileage that fit our needs. Landon even came to pick me up from our home and we looked at several vehicles, which we ended up buying a 2023 Edge SEL. He listened, was very accommodating and was very helpful with my situation. I am in the service industry and Landon is the type of individual I would ask for again. We call that a “Customer for life” please take care of his as he is taking care of the Five Star ford name and reputation.
