First time at this dealer.. Customer service was great. They were upfront about initial diagnostic costs...prompt to call about issue and pricing. Your service department is first rate. I had a recent problem with brakes and rotors on my leased 2018 Explore which had less than 25,000 miles. As always, the Bob Ferrando Dealership did a fantastic job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. Over the years I dealt with many dealers' service departments but this happens job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. Over the years I dealt with many dealers' service departments but this happens to be the best. No matter which question that I had concerning my vehicle there was either an answer within seconds or at times an answer before I could get the words out of my mouth. I always come away from the service department with a confidence that the work was performed in a professional manner. Great Job!!! More
